"New to the area through eviction and unsure about leaving my old chemist as they know me so well and care and look after me with respect and dignity. My doctor sent prescription to Keating's by email but when I went in for it I was told in no uncertain terms that I should have phoned or emailed them so it took 4 days from the time prescription was sent to me receiving it. I felt humiliated in front of other customers. I am aware that many customers in chemist shops are either ill or shopping and caring for sick people. Even when staff are busy and 'run off their feet' the emotions of stress customers may be in needs to be recognised. I waited 20 minutes for my prescription because there was a queue then only to be told they did not have it in stock. I was noticeably stressed by this. In such a busy shop are the owners looking after their staff and giving enough time for lunch and breaks? It would help to create harmony..... Thank you for your hard work."
