"I was very disappointed with customer services.Looking at the previous reviews, it seems to be an on going occurrence and nothing has been done about.Let it be the owner of the establishment or manager, the way he treated us is not acceptable. We arrived there tonight at 5.40pm and we walked in , they told us they were closing, not assisting us and constantly reminding us to the point of chasing us inside the store and clapping hands to get us out of the store. We left 400 euros and probably would have left more. I Do not recommend the store. We are talking about the busiest time of the year for everyone , they should be more flexible and helpful. If I could , I would rate ZERO STARS."

"Reasonable amount of toys available. Given the lack of Smyths in the county probably one of the few options if you are looking for some toys (and don't want to buy online). Located a bit outside of the town center with enough parking available. Unfortunately couldn't find what we were looking for and staff wasn't too interested in giving a helping hand that day."
