"I am using this pharmacy since 2020. Staff is attentive and they replenish their stock frequently. For some reason I am the last to be served for my prescription medicine... People come and go served before me. This happened on multiple occasions. Last time I was told 15 min. I went to Tesco and came back after 20min. I still waited 20 min. Staff was avoiding eye contact with me. I was meant to get 14 pills but got 10 only. I thought I lost them in the car or something, so I was very careful with my accusations. The remaining 4 pills were never found. It could be one time mistake. Happens as we are just human beings. So I have never reported it. Unfortunately I will go with another pharmacy next time. Note to pharmacy - if you see a person waiting for their medicine looking for eye contact - please tell them you're delayed for some reason. Ignoring customer doesn't really work."
