Initially from talking to Declan in regards to picking a wood pellet stove for our house and the knowledge and experience he has to the ordering and installation was flawless. The 2 lads installing were polite, spotless extremely helpful in regards to the usage once installed and never felt they were rushing to leave. Definitively the best investment I have made and would recommend Natural Green Energy to anyone I know. A product can be purchased anywhere but it’s the service that counts. "Fantastic experience! We visited the showroom in Craughwell where we were greeted by Sean who was a gentleman and gave us great advice. We were worried that it would be a difficult job to install a stove given we needed to have the back boiler removed from the fireplace but we were reassured that this was not a problem. The installation team were excellent and completed the job in one day and left the place spotless. We are absolutely thrilled with our stove and highly recommend this great local business"
