"Excellent cheese, great service too as always. Never buy from super market any more. So much better fresh from here wrapped in foil."

"Whilst I personally don't like blue cheese. My father does. He being 86 years old, I frequently have to open the packaging for him. I would suggest you look into the packaging again. Opening from top, the top layer always seperates from the clear film its attached to and that sticks to the plastic container. This clear film is very hard to take apart from its container."

"We visited the Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers building in fall of 2017 and were treated to a nice presentation and a small sampling. This despite us catching the staff off-guard by showing up randomly. Note: I thought the shop had "open hours" based on the website, but you should call ahead so they can plan for you. Most of the staff was gone that day, but the few folks there set us up with a video and nice little tasting. The Crozier Blue (sheep's milk blue) and the newer Shepard's Store cheeses were amazing, and we bought some of each. Thanks to the staff for putting up with our drop-in - the cheese was so great, and it was so reasonably priced that we felt guilty that we didn't buy more to make up for our intrusion. Anyway, if you are going to or through Cashel, stopping here is well worth the detour."
