"Used Hynan Travel for park and Ride to Ed Sheeran concert in limerick, we were told when we were dropped off by our Hynan driver that we were to que by Iceland behind concert venue to be collected after show, we waited for over 20 mins no Hynan bus arrived, a Garda told us that Hynan Travel were told to collect customers from Clancy strand but this was never communicated to us, no Hynan Travel representative was at Iceland to tell us and we had to walk 20 mins to Clancy strand to be collected, there were young kids and mum's that had no idea where to go, when I expressed how disappointed I was to the Hynan Travel driver I was shouted at, not good enough Mike Hynan to treat customers in this manner, I will never use your service again!"

"We've been on a trip organized by the UL to the Cliffs of Moher. Our Bus driver was Brendan-the Navigator and he was such a lovely guide. He basically is a walking library and knew the area in and out. We now have hours of stories to tell thanks to his unique way of introducing us to the culture of Ireland. Big recommendation - asks for Brendon!"
