"My son was assessed by these people recently. As a parent from a broken family . I emailed and rang to clarify how the test was conducted. No one told me how it was done . But I do know the just took the info from one parent and my son was not looked at at all . In the effort to get clarification, they told me to stop harassing them or they would seek legal advice . Happy to take your money from you. but not inform you of process etc . Be aware . .update 17-10-2022 it’s been brought to my attention that these people will not finish the work they were paid for unless I remove my early part of review which is valid . This is called black mail . I would strongly recommend staying clear of these people. Don’t even carry out work paid for ., ALERT!!! It is outrageous. They should be stricken . I was not asked to attend any triangulation , NOR did I give written CONSENT. I was never contacted by lighthouse before test was conducted. You did it by zoom only one parent involved . Make your own mind up people. I found this whole service dreadful to say the least . Also I’ve all emails saved as I tried to get information.. so say what u like"
