Next day treatments at the SPA was WOW I had pauline who did an amazing facial on me.then we used the thermal suite. I'd say it's the biggest an beat SPA I've ever been to. "Enjoyed our stay food was very nice in the restaurant room was nice and big I was on the ground floor. So no view. It took a bit of time to check in and the room was not ready as it was very busy. But not a problem as we booked into spa. Spa was nice But The massage was not good. On a positive note, everything else was good The staff we're all very nice professional."

"Wow! The Heritage was such a treat. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The afternoon tea was everything you want it to be and dinner in the bar was tasty and good value. The atmosphere was so relaxing and our suite was everything you needed, clean, warm, comfortable and huge, as was the bathroom. And a gently lit 5km loop walk on the grounds provided a much needed early evening walk to help digest all the indulgence."
