"Had to cancel a order from here tonight as delivery was heading into 1 and half hours waiting. Rang to cancel only to be literally screamed at over the phone and accused of always ordering online and cancelling which was a BLATENT LIE. The only other time I cancelled was when the delivery time was not going to be for 2 hour so I rang straight away to cancel. I have been a good customer over the years and will never ever get anything from this place again. I'm literally raging at the screaming he was doing down the phone. Do that to my face."
