Thank you so much for turning a complaint into a 5 star review by just being yourself. I cant recommend Niall highly enough. Edit: I have edited my rating as I received a reply from Niall so quickly and he apologised for my experience. I actually didnt expect any less from him. I trust he will train his team in complaint handling so this does not happen in the future. I had an appointment booked for yesterday with Main Street Dental Care, the dentists are great and I like how straight up they are, so I received a call 10 days ago to say my appointment needed to be cancelled which is fair enough so I was booked for today at the same time. However I was not rebooked for today, that is fine mistakes happen. The horrible customer service I received today is the problem. It was more important to try to blame me first and then to find out who's fault it really was then it was to help me. It's a great place until they make a mistake."
