"I ordered a package to be sent from Ireland to Madrid, Spain and used the 'contact' link in the website to add a get well message for the recipient. I received an email in a couple of hours and was able to add a message to the package. The order then left the next day for Spain and I was given a tracking number to follow the package in transit.
