"Really impressed on 1st visit a friend had highly recommended empowerment I found Leanne very knowledgeable and helpful and easy talk to very relaxed atmosphere felt unrushed explaining my symptoms I felt confident i recover after my appointed as she gave me exercise plan and advice next appointment in 2weeks and said i welcome to text if any query highly recomend now i have just finished my treatment at empowerment 4visits totally delighted as leanne guided me through various exercises and am 100% happy back walking 4km a day could walk more am pain free only regret I didn't go to empowerment sooner rather than buying rubbish on line insoles stretching bands ect all those suppose to be miracle cures highly recommend empowerment tks"
