"I met Aoife initially in her breatheworks class in Carrigaline where I went with my friend. It is an amazing class which really helped me to tap in with my higher self. I felt I could trust Aoife and so came to her for one on one hypnosis therapy as I wanted to quit smoking! This was a massive success. It was a 90 minute session of different meditations and hypnosis activities which allowed me to tap into the deeper reasons as to why I was ever a smoker in the first place. It was like magic once I decided to stop smoking, and it was as if I had never been a smoker (just like she said ok the meditation!). It made me feel lucky to have quit smoking rather than miss it and feel deprived. Aoife is an amazing therapist who you can feel really comfortable around.
