"My father's car had an issue recently and although they didn't have the part in stock they rang other stores, sought our alternatives and helped us well above and beyond what could have been expected. We arrived late in the day. They found a supplier for a difficult part to source and had this a few days later as promised. They were able to provide an immediate, (temporary) fix while we waited for the part we needed to be delivered. I used to work in customer facing roles and on my best day couldn't have matched the friendly, but professional approach. Genuine people, offering great service."
