About the Business

Welcome to W. Fahey, a beautiful institution located in the heart of Clonakilty on Pearse Street. As you enter our doors, you will immediately feel a sense of warmth and comfort, with the soft glow of our lighting and the inviting ambiance of our decor.

W. Fahey is the perfect spot for a night out with friends, a romantic evening with a loved one, or just a casual drink after work. Our friendly and skilled bartenders are always on hand to whip up your favorite cocktails or pour you a pint of your preferred beer.

If you're feeling peckish, our kitchen serves up a delicious menu of classic pub fare with a modern twist. Whether you're in the mood for some traditional fish and chips, a hearty burger, or some tasty wings, we've got you covered.

Our establishment is not just a bar, but a point of interest in Clonakilty. Our rich history dates back to the early 1900s, and our commitment to providing exceptional service and quality drinks and food has made us a beloved local institution.

Join us for live music on the weekends, or catch the latest sporting events on our TV screens. We also have a designated smoking area for our smoking patrons, as well as free Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected.

We are open 7 days a week, so whether you're dropping by for a quick lunch or a night out on the town, W. Fahey is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the best that Clonakilty has to offer.

"Great traditional bar, there was nice heat of a fire to greet us along with the creamy pints of Guinness... my preference was the bar but good options for smokers in the lane way..."
