"Exceptional pleasant and helpful staff. The crew is kind and polite. Food was delicious, quality was great, super fresh! We wished we had enough space for the dessert as there is no doubt in our minds that it would’ve been delicious! We also loved the atmosphere! Very clean toilets which is very important to me. A must go to place in Mallow ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Staff didn't even bother to seat us. A few tables visibly left right when we entered, the waitress looked at the empty table that had only 2 plates on it and some cutlery and told us that they are full."

"Lovely little restaurant in the centre of Mallow. Had the mini breakfast and it was delicious. It was a fine big breakfast there was nothing mini about it and came with there own home made black pudding, eggs, bacon, mushrooms beans and fried potatoes. The food arrived promptly and the staff were very friendly. It had lovely decor and also had a wheelchair friendly toilet. Would stop there again. Yum!"

"Really enjoyed the breakfast because I was hungry so where are the two points lost? The service is fast so the food came out quickly but in reality this just means it was already cooked and then just reheated apart from the fried egg. I don't even have much of a problem with that but the bacon was rock hard. My big issue is the service. You pay when you order and are told to take your knife and fork with you to where you sit. The food comes out but there is no salt & pepper on the table and no sugar. This is all kept in a central location where you help yourself. This is a service industry and there was plenty of staff on so why is it difficult to provide service. Why is it impossible not to have a salt and pepper container on the table instead of small paper satchets? Get up for salt, get up for sugar, ask for milk for coffee... It can be done better! It's not rocket science."
