"I bought a €60 set of lego as a Christmas present. Parts missing. I brought it back to the shop but they would do nothing to help. They said as it is not their own brand they can't exchange it or help get missing pieces. I have to sort myself. No contact details etc. Given for Lego. Had receipt that said Art and Hobby Douglas Court but was told it was nothing to do with them!! Very poor customer service."

"Terrible altogether really upset. I let my two children eldest 14, and youngest 13, walk to Douglas shopping centre alone when you are 14 you are technically not clarified as a child, you are clarified as a teenager. I do not understand why you have to be accompanied by an adult, because this does not limit numbers in fact doubles them. Shops are trying to limit numbers since we are on the urge of going back into lockdown. Worst experience ever don’t go there."

"This is a wonderful store with a fantastic range of stock. The staff are so helpful if one is choosing a special gift or if you need advice about art materials , games etc. Kevin, in the Douglas Court branch, even solved my rewards card hiccup for me - he is a most obliging and pleasant member of staff. Its a lovely experience , in todays busy world, to shop in a store where people have time for the customer Thanks to Kevin and staff in Douglas Court ."
