"Will never go back to this place again , bought 3 sofas there but when delivered they were totally a different colour to what I wanted and what I was told by the staff in the stores also the sofa in the stores was much more comfortable than whst I got plus got overcharged , when I contacted customer service 1 hour after delivery was told I could return them but would not get a full refund but only store credit for Less than I paid, I must have sent about 20 + emails and phoned them on numerous occasions but was told it must be the lighting, furniture etc .in my home was the reason it looked a different colour to the one in the stores, what a load of nonsense. Stay well clear."

"Was worth the journey up. Store has a decent range of furniture and is well displayed. Couches defintely felt better quaility than most other places i have tried. Of course the lady who assisted, was very professional and friendly which had any of my questions or doubts rectified and made the shopping expierence very easy. For sure will be coming back if theres anything else needed and will be recommending to friends."
