Jenny went above and beyond my expectations when I walked into the showroom with her polite and friendly manner. She assisted with my purchase especially when I have no notion about heights or styles that would have suited. Between herself and Heather, they both made me feel that I was getting a service from a family run business that is tight knitted. The stools corresponded exactly to the samples in the showroom, fitted exactly as I was told they would and are both modern with the essential element of comfort. Absolutely would not put it past the guys in here who are dedicated to their jobs and ensuring customer service comes first. Will definitely be returning to Greenwood for all my other purchases.
