"Worst company to deal with ever. Please try and contact their customer support, it's impossible. I waited 16 weeks for a sofa, then was told it wouldn't fit through a standard front door it would only fit through double doors. Now I had given them the full drawings before purchasing and was told there would be no problem with the size, its turned out to be a nightmare, and now I have to go elsewhere to get a sofa and wait for an extra eight weeks—an absolute sham of a company. AlsoI have yet to receive my refund. One month later and still no refund."

"Ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater couch from the Mahon Branch and it was a very pleasant experience. We dealt with Paula and she was v.knowledgeable and explained everything without being pushy, which we liked. It was delivered today with no issues!"
"We ordered two things here for our new house. A sofa, that was broken and after one month and half we are still waiting for someone to fix it, and three bed frames that at the moment have a delayed of more than one month. We have asked in the store several times, no real answers, no solutions, it doesn’t matter that you have children and old people sleeping in the floor, it doesn’t matter that you have sick people sleeping in the floor. We have asked for a refund and they don’t want even if the order is not ready the date that we signed. Awful experience, don’t buy here, we are looking for legal options to finish this."
"Very good furniture made to order. Unit is spacious with loads of different stlyes of couches and tables to view. Very well laid out which allows the customer to get a feel for each of the couches before they buy one. 0% interest available on all the products at a price thats affordable each month. But be warned before you go in. The very friendly staff clearly work off commission so if you see an offer which is right for you stick to your guns. Refuse the cleaning kit, insurance or better material for your couch. This drives up the price up so that special offer goes out the window."
