"Finline Furniture were professional and efficient when delivering on service, quality and style. Tracey in Finline Furniture Cork was a great help and advisor when deciding on style, fabrics and finishes. I would highly recommend Finline Cork to friends and family."

"I would highly recommend Finline. We have bought two suites of furniture from them and the quality is second to none."

"We recently received our finline sofa and chair and we are very happy with them. Thanks to Rita who was really helpful the day we ordered our furniture, she took the time to go through all the options with us and was very patient. Tracey and Mary were also very helpful as we got to the delivery stage."

"Such a positive experience dealing with Finline, particularly Tracey and Breda in Douglas who were so helpful and patient! Absolutely love our couch and just put in a separate order as a result of our great experience!"

"The rudeness of the staff was unacceptable. On 4 Jan 2023, the 2 staff members at the service desk barely looked up as we walked past them going in. We were the only customers there for 10 minutes before a group of 3 arrived, and within 5 minutes, 1 of the staff members walked past us and asked them if they would like any help. We looked around for another 10 minutes and then left, because we were completely ignored. I wouldn’t have minded so much if the other group had been ignored too, but why were we treated differently? I suspect it was because my companion walks with a crutch. It’s not uncommon for people using a mobility aid or a wheelchair to be ignored or talked down to. I’ve seen it before. We bought a couch from Finline’s a couple of years ago, but never again. After that, we went to DFS in Mahon and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so we bought our furniture there instead. The next day we went to Caseys on Oliver Plunkett street, and the staff were friendly and helpful, and we bought some more furniture there. We won’t be going back to Finline’s. Edit: corrected date to 4 Jan (incorrectly stated 2 Jan originally)."
