"I attended the wonderful and inspiring Kate's Beemindful journey this morning What an amazing start to the day! Kate led us in our breathwork visualising and meditation while the birds sang their gorgeous chorus around us in the heart of nature. After an hour I left with a renewed energy and excitement (and a very delicious pot of her gorgeous honey) for what the week had ahead for me. Definitely recommend a trip, can't wait to go back again myself!"
