"Colour Addict hi vereena unfortunately you have so many facts wrong it’s quite shocking. First I have been waiting for a response for months which you have never provided. Second I am not asking for a refund at all - I am asking to exchange $360 worth of goods for $160 worth of goods. This is very clear - I am not at all asking for a refund. Second I did not buy a ticket for a ballon raffle draw and hence nor did I “win” these cufflinks. I paid $160 for the cufflinks. I am happy to provide you with the receipt. Perhaps you have misunderstood what happened with your donated goods, there was definitely no raffle and I did pay $160 for them. I would appreciate if you could rectify the situation thanks."
"I was really disappointed with the customer service by the owner of Colour Addict. I purchased 3 gemstone cufflinks at a charity auction for my husband. but when I gave to him at xmas they weren't really his style. The cufflinks retailed for about $120 each (so $360 total) however because they were a donated item I paid $160 for all 3. I contacted the owner Vereena about this asking if I could return all 3 unopened items and swap them for another item worth $160 or less. She said this wouldn't be possible as it was a charity donation - I tried to explain that I would be returning $360 worth of goods and only asking to receive a $160 item in exchange however I never received any further response."
