"I cannot recommend Tadgh O Flynn’s any higher. My now fiancé and I were looking for a jeweller who would have or make a one of a kind ring. We went to the Ennis store for an initial engagement ring consultation with Connie, who was so kind, patient and knowledgable in helping us figure out what we wanted. This was right as shops were opening up after the lockdown, and so Connie booked us in for an appointment right before stores opened up to the public. She recommended the custom ring process as I had some very specific ideas for my ring... or so I thought. When we started to discussing designs, I realised that my ideas were all over the place and so she pointed me towards their gem supplier website so that I could pick a stone to base the design of the ring on. My fiancé and I had a bunch of spreadsheets trying to narrow our choices down, but we eventually fell in love with a stunning one of a kind sapphire. We went in with a set budget, and Connie was always very respectful of that and open about additional costs. We never felt any pressure to spend over our budget, which was not something we had experienced with other jewellers. We then had our consultation with Tadgh, who was very knowledgable and really put us at ease. We really felt that he had the knowledge and confidence in his craft and that made a daunting process that much more comfortable.They supplied us with a CAD, which in no way did justice to the final product. When we were nervous about the CAD, Connie and Tadgh made every effort to put us at ease and really made sure we were comfortable by sending us a picture of the ring and explaining the reasons behind certain parts of the design. The final product is sincerely the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. Tadgh made sure that the setting itself was beautiful and, instead of it being inconsequential, it end up being an exceptional feature of the ring. Connie and her colleague Chris made sure that we were always in the loop and comfortable, and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble to help with. Connie, Chris, Tadgh and their colleagues did everything that they possibly could to make this a memorable, positive and exciting experience for Tom and I. I cannot thank them enough!"
