"Lovely clothes and treated myself to a top, however, the customer service was shocking! No wonder people buy online. The 2 ladies continued to talk to each other as I made my purchase. Then, the most shocking thing was, she put the bag up on the counter for me and continued to talk to her colleague. She didn't say thank you or acknowledge me in any way. This happened today, Thursday 6 April. I hope management have a word with them."
