They have no customer service, emailed them on the 23th. Received no response, called multiple times no answer. Would not order off them again."
"I had a terrible experience with them. Bought my wedding ring and it broke on the first day! The quality of their stuff is just miserable. I got refunded the repair costs for the ring, but customer service is terrible. Didn't reply to half my emails, and the replies I've gotten were beyond unprofessional. No complete sentences, no greeting nothing. Would never buy there again and certainly not recommend. It was a hassle to get things sorted and didn't get any sort of compensation for the huge disappointment and stress. What an experience!"
"Excellent customer service. I was let down my another company who lost my order so I needed to reorder a new ring but needed it as soon as possible. I called the store and they were able to confirm that it was in stock and once I purchased it online they packed it and sent it out for delivery that evening and it arrived the next morning."
