"Popped in today after dropping my phone, can I just say what a lovely environment to walk into. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I was dealing with the manager Dan who couldn't do enough to help me, after we established that there was no hope for my poor phone, I bought a new one, complete with a screen protector and case. Dan was so helpful and went through the trouble of setting my phone up for me and converting everything over from my old phone, they really couldn't do enough for me. I can't thank them enough and I'll definitely be back in the future, highly recommend the lads and their fantastic service, thanks again"
"Very very very disappointing. Very unprofessional. I went in to fix a cracked back screen and camera and they handed me back the phone even more damaged with the flashlight broken and the screen halfway open. I went back and they then broke my screen and switched my battery. My phone was no longer able to turn on. Dan is very unprofessional. Their technician are not qualified and do not know what they are doing. I advise you to not go there and do not trust them with your phone. I wasted 300 euros. I went somewhere else and my phone is fixed now thankfully."
"Excellent Service. Bought a phone from Emma she was so helpful and informative! My first time buying a refurbished phone but she walked me through it. Dan the manager was also wonderful to deal with! Will be back again even just to say hi!"
"Desperate customer service and complete disregard of warranty. Used every excuse said phone was dropped (there’s not a mark on the phone) said screen was replaced (only bought it in July last and no screen replaced unless they did it first day before it was bought.) also was told that him as an experienced trained service technician would know this so no point hiding the truth. When asked about receipt and warranty was told it’s proof of purchase only and means nothing. Absolutely a total disgrace only want to sell no interest unless you are paying. Very disappointed having spent almost 2000 euro there less than a year ago. Will never be going back"
"Popped in to techstar in Ballincollig shopping centre (across from Dunnes), to get some advice about repairing my phone. Basically I needed to know whether to replace a lens. So helpful great advice, laid out my options and costs. Great shop. Never knew it was there. They sell ink cartridges too! I’m going back next week to get a few bits."
