"We agreed with the mechanic to replace the engine mounts, belt, bypass roller, air duct, vibration damper and oil seal on my Mercedes CLA. I arrived at the appointed date for the service with the desire to quickly fix my car. I asked the mechanic to wait while repairs are being made in the service, without interfering with the work, because I have nowhere to go. He explained that I would not interfere, because I would do my work on a laptop. To which, in response, I received a rude explanation that he could not allow me to stay for 2-3 hours while he was doing repairs. Because I supposedly can steal something! To which I explained that I did not have enough money with me to return by taxi to Cork, and then go back to the service for the car. In response, they returned the keys to me and told me to either pick up the car or leave for a while while the repairs were being done. No alternative proposals were made to resolve the situation that had arisen. I took the keys and left. Perhaps he is a good mechanic, but the attitude towards the Client he is terrible. I do not recommend contacting if you do not want to spoil your mood for the whole day."

"Great Mechanic! Gusty is honest, really friendly and very knowledgeable. He will walk you through any issue that you may have before he starts the job! It was quick and easy to make an appointment and he had me booked in for the following week after I called. Gusty replaced the wheel bearing issue that I had in the space of a few hours and I had my car back by mid afternoon! He kept me updated with texts which was also great. He was very professional and charged me fairly which was a real incentive to return knowing my car is in good hands! I highly recommend AMG Auto Services. Thanks Gusty!"
