"Years ago this was a brilliant spot the best vape shop going. Now not so much I bought online two juices and they arrived late and I rang shop to ask about the shipping progress all I got was rudeness. When it arrived one of the bottles was an out of date half used bottle in a flavour I didn’t order. When I rang to inform the a member of staff they just ignored me and avoided answering. When I eventually went back to the shop I was sold displays some where used and dusty the shelves where dusty and barely anything in stock. I often went in to ask for help with something and I was told by the manager and some staff either they don’t know or I can’t help. The manager towards the end would make me feel unwelcome by me being only person in the shop I’d ask for help and literally one other person would walk in and he’d say “as you can see we are busy I can’t help you”. I went in another day and I asked what flavours would he recommend after I told few flavours I don’t like I was told “you should know them all by now” even though only been in shop few times prior plus it’s the staffs job to know and help customers. The branched out shop that opened in my town for short while I’d order juices or rebuildable supplies and they would never have have what I ordered. However the English man working there was very helpful and gave me so much knowledge and and had good chats with him. I really miss the previous staff from years ago they had the place well run and always helpful."

The man working when I went in his name is Dan , never met a more helpful worker this fella knows his stuff!!!! I genuinely feel like I've made a new friend. Great shop great employees !!
