"I bought a Ridgeback city bike from this shop 19 months ago for 559 E. Since then I have spent 500E replacing blatantly sub-standard parts. This included a new back wheel, two tyres-front and back, snapped gear cable, pedal connecting barrel, and rear derailleur. Even though I cant blame Victoria Cycles for a bike that is constructed with cheap parts, I can reasonably hold them accountable for recommending and selling me a piece of junk."
