"Very bad to no costumer service, I bought a lighter and after filling it up at home I discovered that it did not work . Parts of it were missing. I went back to the shop and was told, the. manager needs to deal with the issue, who will be back tomorrow. I went back to the shop a second time after two weeks ( I live 70 km away ) and was told it is too late now and the lighter was working as the other shop assistant remembered that she showed me the working lighter. I was lied to so many times. It is beyond me that they did not replaced the lighter, but came up with stories which did not make sense"
