"I love shopping at Manna, they have a great range of produce and the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have at times needed dietary advice and they will always take the time to chat and help in any way they can."
"Great produce and variety, freshly stocked organic vegetables but the staff are a letdown. This shop seems over-staffed, they are usually gathered in the kitchen drinking and eating and they seem to resent having to pull away when a guest approaches the counter. To exit the car park of the shop, a bar has to be lifted, the staff control this by simply touching a button but even this seems like too much work for them. If you don't ask them to lift the bar, they won't, even though they know that 90% of their customers will need the bar lifted. I'm not sure if they are simply incompetent or just couldn't be bothered. If you ask them to please lift the bar, they seem put out and respond with an irritated and patronising tone, "of course I will'"!!!! Its very strange. There is usually only 1-3 people in the shop so the work pace is very relaxed with no pressure but I think they may have fallen into the snooze mode, its disappointing as the produce is actually really good."
