"John Paul O Connor Hi, I'm currently 3.5 months out from my 3rd bodybuilding show the Irish nationals. I'm using overhaul products now 2 months or more. Every morn I take multi vit, tribulus which gives me a good rise in test/strength, joint support tabs which are helping with bad shoulder and knee pains! Pre workout I use RPM 2.0 - nitric oxide, best pre workout I've ever used. I train at 6 every morn so would be tired but RPM 2.0 has my energised and pumped for the gym. I also use BCAA ignition intra workout and I sip on it in between meals throughout the day. Night time routine is test accelerator which in turn has me waking up strong like a bull with test levels high and my Repair p.m helps me get a sound sleep which in turn helps with muscle repair and growth. Lastly I use Heat fat burners 2 a day for 3 weeks on, 1 week off. Sheds body fat and water retention. All in all, really good products and the overhaul team are approachable and v friendly to deal with. Highly recommended ! JP"
