"Absolutely avoid. Spent almost 14 grand on finance on a Nissan micra, eight months in and every week another issue with the car. Car went up, alternator belt and on the way to returning the car another issue. I complained and the car had to get repaired again. An Ignition coil. Wrong part was ordered so I was waiting even longer again. Car brought down to me again and another issue. Another check engine light. A month without my own car paying finance and three issues. Engine issues. Battery issues. It’s constant for the last two months. Now I’m stuck paying for a car for 5 years that isn’t reliable. I gave up even trying to contact the service team because three times my car was being returned when the car wasn’t right. Do not recommend at all unless you want to be absolutely stressed out of your head 24/7."

"We had such a good experience when trading in with ZuCar, Little Island. We got a great price for our car and the car we bought was very reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic, so easy to deal with and always contactable and that's so reassuring. We had an issue shortly after buying the car (I thought the bulb was gone in one of the spot lights, but it was a feature for turning corners) when I rang, I was told come down straight away and they explained the feature and how to turn it off. We took out an extended warrenty and on Monday something came up with the car, when I rang, there was no issue again, the service manager got on to me within an hour and booked me in for this morning. The issue was sorted promptly and when I picked the car up after a short time they had washed it so it was like new! I was so impressed. Thank you to all the lovely staff at ZuCar, who in my opinion go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to change your car. Special thanks to Colm and the lovely receptionist working today, the coffee went down a treat!"
