"What a lovely store in Caherciveen! Called in there recently looking for a specific book, which I couldnt see on the shelves. Despite the shop being quite busy the assistants couldnt have been more helpful. One lady looked up the book on her computer to have an image of the cover, the other lady made a phonecall to the boss . They didnt quit until i had a copy of the book in my bag. These ladies should be running courses in customer service . Thank you ladies"
