"I love to pop into Harvey Normans to look at all the appliances on sale and all the staff are great except for the guy with the glasses who used to work in Gamestop. He's super annoying, thinks he knows everything and talks rude about customers all the time. Everytime I go in there now I keep an eye out for him cause I don't want to be asked 5 times "am I OK"? "I purchased a washing machine yesterday, when I brought it home unpacked it and went to plug it in I discovered that the power cord was on the opposite side of the machine, my previous machine was the same brand. This meant that the lead was to short, the same issue with the water outlet hose. The salesman never mentioned this may be an issue. I think if salespeople were trained properly that these issues would not arise. I had a similar issue with a gas hob that I got last year, the sales person never told me that there are new regulations when fitting a new gas hob.Improved training is needed."
