"I was refused service by Deirdre on the grounds that I was wearing a motorcycle helmet. The irony about it this, is less than a year ago they refused to serve anyone NOT covering their face."
"Avoid this place for Fuel unless you mind wasting time in and out to the shop. You have to go in and queue, to give your card or prepay, go back out and fuel your car, come back in and queue again. If they insist on prepaid fuel which i can somewhat understand, then have the card facilities at the pump. The woman told me tough luck, and that there was another garage over the bridge i can also go to. Wont be waisting my time coming back here again. Plenty of other places happy to get my custom."
"Pre pay for your fuel here. What this means is that you have to park by the pump of your choice, walk in to the shop, queue up, pay for the amount of fuel you think you'll need, walk back to your vehicle and dispense your fuel. Got it wrong and not used all your pre paid amount? Then you have to walk in again queue up again and get refunded. Not great in ordinary times but in relation to Covid 19 and social distancing this is just irresponsible. I didn't know any of this of course when I filled my tank for a long journey back to England. Foolishly I expected the unused balance to be refunded to my card."
