"THEY HAVE LET ME DOWN SO MUCH! I am having Covid for the first time & needed a specific medication for cough asap. Called them, they said they have it & that they are putting their last pack aside for me. My friend travelled from Glenbeigh to collect it. When he came over - they said they can only sell it if there is a prescription for it and offered aspirin instead!?? Time wasted. Before I will get a prescription & will be able to arrange a collection for it, it will be another day. Another day that I will have to suffer without the treatment I need. Highly unprofessional & quite shocking how they can just make mistakes like this. Loved this pharmacy, but can't trust them again!"
