"Outrageous experience. Zero responses on urgent questions. Tried emailing, WhatsApp, calling both mobile and the business number to be constantly hung up on. Will answer the phone to bigger clientele but won't answer to anyone else. I would highly recommend avoiding better finances for your account work as it leads to worse finances due to their inability to reply."
"A very bad experience dealing with Better Finances. After months of no contact and repeated ignored calls, emails and messages all receipts were posted back. Communication is extremely poor. A simple response of 'I am too busy to deal with your request at present but will get back to you shortly' would suffice and be satisfactory. I can't explain how stressful it is to deal with this company. Got through once on the phone and was told I would get a reply shortly but it never came. Very sorry to have this experience with Better Finances as it was good at the start but gradually declined as time went on. Not a professional way to deal with a client of 4 years plus."
