"Food here is always good as is the service, staff give knowledgeable recommendations which is always welcome, however if it were a little more intimate as in booth seating and lighting toned down more it would be so much better"
"My wife and I sat waiting for our order to be taken for ten minutes while the blonde girl and the guy with the beard chatted behind the counter. After about ten mins of waiting two ladies three tables away from us left. At this point the blonde girl went and cleaned their table and returned behind the counter. After this we decided to leave. I went to the counter to pay for a cup of tea my wife had got while waiting for me. Only them did the girl come towards me asking are we ready to order. We both told her not now because we have been waiting so long. We we not acknowledged and the girl did not even say goodbye after I paid. The worst and rudest service I have received in a restaurant. Let me add to that after the two ladies left there were only two other tables with people at them in the restaurant. It was so quiet and the two staff just stood behind the counter talking. I will never eat in Bella Italia again."
"Been there today and left as we had been waiting 10 minutes just to get noticed by the two stuff member who were turned with their backs chatting to each other. Tea which I was sipping while waiting for my husband to join me was terrible and tasted like chlorine. Very disappointed."
"I was surprised how much I enjoyed thos place. Me and wife brought our baby, the staff were very accommodating during there busy period. I got the prawns and meatball. The wife got pasta. The food really tasty. This is coming from someone who doesn't typically like Italian food. Will be back"
