"Even though the office was closed on Sunday (one of the most busy travel day of the week) there was a lovely staff member trying to help over the phone. Fair play. It wasn't even a Kinsale based customer service phone line!"

We had searched for it online several times with no luck. We had planned on looking for it but didn't even know where to start. Within five minutes she had found the common name for the castle and the exact coordinates for its location and printed out an information sheet. Truly unparalleled customer service. We found the castle and even though it was on private land someone let us go see it up close. I can't rave enough about the experience I've had with these offices."
