"Booked tickets which were cancelled (not due to the PartyRock Travel), Waited 3 weeks for response on progress of tickets, which I booked flights for. Radio silence and lost out on chance to cancel flights. I was given the choice of refund or wait for prices off third party company. I requested full refund. Radio silence again. Very bad for response of queries regarding updates on order. Phone line kept ringing through. Received money back after weeks of phone calls and emails and threats to small claim suit. Will not use again."
