"Lady behind the hot counter is half a sleep this morning. Had to repeat my food order four times and she still got it wrong. I speak perfect English. Also the toilets are a disgrace. Not cleaned regularly and could see that as no one had signed the cleaning sheet all week. Management and staff should be ashamed of themselves."

"Wish I could give minus stars! Went there this morning for food which I have just thrown in the bin. Tomatoes looked a week old. No lettuce for samwhiches only rocket that looked soggy and a few days old too. No sense of order at the deli and seems to be run by kids. Was so unhappy with what I ordered I decided to get hot food, tasteless sausage roll that burnt the inside of my mouth. Just horrible will never again eat there."
