"An incredibly authentic, cool, and cozy place. We felt like we had been transported back in time yet had all of the best of modern day comforts. The food was absolutely outstanding, the service, amazing and again let me tell it for those at the back of the room, the atmosphere just brought it all home. "Excellent experience at No.19 restaurant in Kinsale. Everything was 5 star from decor to food to service, the steak was amazing and Sarah looked after us with a friendly competence that insured we'd be coming back. Practically everything on the menu was celiac friendly too which is so rarely the case, other establishments would do well to follow their lead. We can't wait to go back!"
"Poor dining experience where it started with an apology for the table we were seated at. Order grilled octopus and striplion for main. Waitress came back saying there had no octopus left. The steak was not cooked as ordered and was blackened on one side and not seared on the other. Unseasoned and bland tasting meal overall. We spoke to the waitress about the meal but no effort was made to right the situation."
