"Unfortunately we had a long wait for our food, over an hour and when it arrived the chicken wings weren't cooked, the ceasar salad was OK and the nachos were also just OK. In fairness they were very busy but I would have expected the staff to comment or ask why so much food was not touched when they eventually collected our plates. The service for the drinks was good and the staff were friendly. But we won't be going back."
"Amazing service. Chanced my arm yesterday after work for a meal and couldn't recommend it more. Fantastic attentive staff. I went to sit out the back not knowing it was closed not an issue they let me sit out and have my meal. Food was amazing best carbonara ive had in a long time. Seasoned to perfection but couldn't finish it it was massive. All in all between service and food I couldn't fault anything."
"Referred to here by our Airbnb hosts. Excellent food. Had the seafood chowder (tasty, served with 2 slices of soda bread and butter/lemon), creole chicken burger (had a good kick to it. Large portion) and Caesar salad (added chicken) Chicken was a tad dry in both the burger and salad, but flavourful. No more room for anything else. Portions good. Food tasty and hot. Service does try to hurry you along a tad. Xander quite personable. Emily was our server and good. Toddler had chicken and chips and was satisfied with her food. Blackwater gin and tonic. Staropramen (Czech beer) made husband very happy. It was on tap! Seems as though it has new owners for the last two weeks. Total was EUR80. Would go back."
"Place is soooo good. Perfectly adequate prices and you get a perfect portion. The creole burgers were reallly nice. No bad word about it at all. And the carbonara was lovely too. Happily come back if I’m in the area. You’d nearly drive past this place without knowing. Food comes out really quickly too!"
"I only booked a table on Friday and we weren't disappointed. Got parking nearby. Staff were very attentive and accommodating and food was excellent. Place was rocking with locals and atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely return"
