"At least 3 times my family has asked for fish and chips, as you do when you're feeling it, and those 3 times they only got chips. Usually it's lovely getting food from there because its nice but the last 3 times have been horrible. They could try have an online service where you can order online and collect. It's a pity they don't do deliveries also."
