"absolutely shocking. barber was clearly inexperienced and had no idea what he was doing, left my hair looking absolutely DISGRACEFULLY bad, to the point where i’ll be wearing hats for a month to cover up this sorry excuse for a haircut. asked for a bit off the top and off my fringe and he goes and cuts a ruler-straight, SLANTED LINE halfway up my forehead. please don’t waste your money here, go to a barber shop where they actually know what you want and know what they’re doing!!"
"Extremely rude lady doing the evening shift till 6 pm, who publicly spoke rudely to me. I was told on call by a gentleman that If I walked in at 5:40 pm, I would be allowed a haircut. She declined that and when I tried to explain what I was told, she spoke really rudely to me in front of everyone at the store. Please train your team to be consistent with their commitments as people are really busy like yourselves. I insisted to make an appointment before coming on but the gentleman said that wont be needed. I was inside well before 5:40 as suggested. Another feedback would be to invest in your staff and teach them a soft skill or two. Cheers."
