"I’ve been going to Halim for hair cuts for the past 8 years. I have a large scar on the back of my head and I don’t trust many people to cut my hair because of it. Halim always does an amazing job, and in my opinion is the best barber in waterford incredible service and an outstanding person overall Highly recommend here!"
