"We had a lunch here with our extended family last week. We were greeted with a smile by the manager and follows with the great food, can't fault anything, will be back."
"Absolute ridiculous practices by a business... Clearly forgot to turn off their booking system on December 26th even though they evidently weren't opened. Took my order and my money and obviously never delivered. A month later and no refund. I've to had to phone several times with promises the manager will call back only did twice. Both times asked for my bank details which is wildly inappropriate. I said if they can't refund my card I would accept a cash refund which they refused. Kept saying they'd talk to the accountant and get back to me and never do. No apology for leaving me without dinner because of their error and no attempt to actual return my money. As this point it just feels like theft. I paid for a service I did not receive and have not been refunded."
"Waited three hours for our food. Not even a discount offered. The chicken was like rubber, that really cant be healthy chicken that is being offered to people. The lady on the phone was apologetic but the efficiency and food quality was really really bad."
"Staff were very unwelcoming. It doesn’t matter that the food was ok but the service itself made us not even want to eat the food anymore. We wants to sit in but told after we ordered that we couldn’t. They really need to make it clear when you can and can’t sit in. Would highly recommend going to the Model Farm Road right next door instead!"
