"Why are hairdressers overbooked with more than 1 client at a time? I went for highlights, cut and blowdry. The hairdresser had another client and didn't pay full attention to my highlights. It remained in too long and I have damage. Another hairdresser ended up rinsing my hair. Highlights isn't a one size fits all. The hairdresser needs to monitor the hair which she couldn't do because she was busy with someone else. Perhaps management needs to review their booking strategy?"
